The Safety Committee’s main objective is to promote safety within the neighborhood. Whether it concerns crime, traffic, or pedestrian safety, the Safety Committee partners with police and local organizations to help improve the quality of life for our entire community.
- Foster a safer, more pleasant pedestrian environment
- Increase pedestrian lighting around the neighborhood
- Encourage bike registration and theft prevention
The Safety Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM at the SOSNA office, 1901 Christian Street (unless otherwise noted).
