Freehouse Fitness just launched Freehouse On Demand Program that you can try for free for 14 days and then is $45/month and includes 7 new workouts a week (28 classes per month). All videos are saved in the library archive. There are rental options to the On Demand Library depending on how long someone would like access to it. They also offer live classes on Zoom once a week, lately they have been on Saturdays at 10am, and are $12/class.
