IMPORTANT: 2301 Washington Ave ZBA Hearing July 22 has been CONTINUED

SOSNA has received verbal and written confirmation from staff of the city's Zoning Board of Adjustment that the special hearing regarding 2301 Washington Avenue (Cal # 7741), scheduled for this upcoming Wednesday, July 22 at noon, has been continued at the request of the Washington Avenue Property Owners Association (WAPOA).

This just in from our friends at the South Street Bridge Coalition . . . on July 23, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church at Fitzwater & Grays Ferry, there will be another public meeting to review the designs for the towers that will adorn the new South Street Bridge.

First, the SOSNA office at 1901 Christian is now open Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Don't hesitate to stop by with any questions, or if you'd like a free blue recycling bin, or a SEPTA Bus schedule for any of the routes that cross our neighborhood (Routes 2, 7, 12, 17, 40 & 64).
