A quick reminder about tonight's PSA 1 Community Meeting with the local police.  It starts at 6:30 PM at the SOSNA Office (1901 Christian Street).  It offers a great opportunity to hear directly from the cops protecting our neighborhood.  They report on crime trends and hear questions and suggestions from neighbors. 

At tomorrow's Farmer's Market, the Beilers will be selling their normal goods, as well as Apple Cider this week.  Check out the Julian Abele Park website for the full list, as well as information on obtaining Senior Citizen FMNP vouchers.

1)  The July Meeting of the Zoning Committee will take place on Wednesday July 21, at 7 PM at the St. Charles Senior Center, 1941 Christian Street.

  1. 2ND PRESENTATION:  1413 Bainbridge Street - Demolition of old auto-body shop and replace with a surface parking lot.
  2. 1412 Montrose Street - Erection of a third-story addition atop a two-story house not to exceed 35 feet.
  3. 753-755 South 17th Street - Demolition of two two-story homes, and replace with two three-family dwellings, with a roof deck and pilot house, max height 44 feet.
  4. 1739 Christian Street - Erection of a single-family dwelling with a roof deck and pilot house, max height 43'-4''.
  5. 1620 Fitzwater Street - Erection of a third floor rear addition, not changing the existing footprint.
  6. INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION:  2313-15 Grays Ferry Avenue - Presentation for a pet shop and pet behavioral center for dogs and cats.
  7. INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION:  1624-28 Fitzwater Street; 741 + 745 S. Chadwick Street (Josephine Solomon Ellis Foundation) - Presentation for new construction of multiple structures in and around the corner of Fitzwater and Chadwick Streets, for housing and meeting spaces for Grandparents raising Grandchildren.
  8. INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION:  1910 South Street - Presentation for the rehabilitation of 1910 South Street, which extends all the way to Kater Street, and for the erection of a new single-family home on Kater Street.
  9. INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATION:  1634-38 South Street - Presentation for the use of ground floor commercial as a tobacco/glass/clothing shop.
