Construction of a 3rd-story rear addition on an existing three-family dwelling; project includes façade alterations.
761 South 17th Street
The construction of a rooftop deck, not to exceed 35’ tall.
2201 Christian Street
Expansion of the Sidecar Bar including a 3rd-story addition (44’ tall) with roof deck for dining; live entertainment.
