SOSNA's Bylaws set forth the basic operating structure of the organization; they define the number of board positions and how and when elections are held.  Most importantly, the Bylaws help ensure that SOSNA as your neighborhood association operates openly and is, ultimately, accountable to the members.  Members, particularly prospective Board Members, are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Bylaws.
